Google has really led me to so many talented women who share my interests and passions. All on accident, by the way, which makes the discovery even more awesome. Meet Jessica Comingore - interior designer (a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising), graphic designer, art director, and lifestyle blogger. Her blog, Elysian Edit, is one that I love checking in on these days because her content and aesthetic is everything that's right with the world. She describes her blog as "a cohesive thread of thoughtful simplicity," and I could not agree more.
"The website was created as a hub for exploration and creativity, as well as a respite from our increasingly busy lives, a place to slow down and be present."
I love that. A passion project. Putting her energy into something that provides her with a sense of personal satisfaction, doing something she clearly enjoys, while her readers reap the benefits of enjoying it as well. She started this blog at the beginning of 2016, and it's truly blossomed into something beautiful. I especially loved reading about her quick trip to my hometown.
