If you're anything like me, then there will be times when you'll just want to shut completely off from the rest of the world, if only for a few hours, to enjoy a bit of "me" time. This means enabling the Do Not Disturb feature on your iPhone (which I do quite often), or even shutting your ringer completely off. Lately, I have been focused on learning how to quiet my mind, and although it's been challenging, it's a practice that's definitely beneficial to gain that inner peace.
If you have trouble meditating like I do, the Rituals app is a great start. Meditating is not easy, and I'm still figuring it out, but I have noticed that when I take those few minutes to mentally shut down and tune in to the meditation sessions on the app right before bed, I feel a lot more relaxed, and I find that it actually allows me to have a better night's sleep. For someone who's easily distracted, and struggles with being present at times, this app has become by best bud. Rituals also has a line of home and body products that I would love to try, especially their candles and fragrance sticks!
