I don't really acknowledge this enough, and sometimes I even take it for granted, but with the exception of the horrible drivers here, I really enjoy living in Columbus. I've been here for a relatively short time (October will make two years). I guess that might considered a long time for some, but seriously, it's flown by so fast and to be honest, I still haven't fully explored the city the way I want to. However, one place that I
am looking forward to visiting is
Stump Plants. I just discovered this lovely place a few hours ago via my favorite place to find things unexpectedly - Google. Their main store is nestled within the historic Italian Village neighborhood, just a few minutes from the ever so popular
Short North District, where tons of shops, restaurants, and bars reside. They also have a 2nd location in German Village, which to me is the perfect location for this kind of store. My love for plants grows by the day, so I am beyond excited that I found a plant boutique here (yes, that's what I think I'll call this place from now on).
The owners, Emily and Brian, have a clear goal with Stump: To
"introduce and educate people on the benefits of owning and caring for plants."
If you're looking for me this weekend, you may find me here.
