My 100th Post

That moment when you're just blogging away, look up, and realize you've hit your 100th post mark! This is the part where you imagine me tossing back bottomless mimosas while celebrating my accomplishment. Technically, this is my 101st post. Nevertheless, yay me!

I started this blog as a passion project, something just for me - a virtual space to toy around with during my down time - a place to write about the things in my heart, as well as share my interests, inspirations, and love and admiration for dope women. I've tried not to overthink things when it came to this space, only because I felt like doing so would take the fun out of it, but I did want the blog to have some sort of flow and rhythm; however, I didn't want to focus solely on one particular subject, simply because I love a lot of different things, and since there are no rules here, I do what I want.

I'm looking forward to sharing more of what I enjoy, and watching my little project grow into something that I can be proud of. For me, it's more about seeing something to the end, and not abandoning something that I've started. Not that there will be an ending to this blog, but you get what I'm saying. Being able to stay consistent is the personal goal here. I can't promise that there won't be times when I'll feel uninspired, or annoyed, and not want to blog a damn thing. Those days will happen. And I'll give myself room for that. But, I'm really liking this space that I've curated so far.

I don't necessarily have a goal with this blog; I just want to continue posting about people, places, experiences, when the mood hits. This blog serves as my escape, which is why I have stayed consistent with it. Plus, I love beautiful visuals, and I love the task of searching for the perfect visuals because I always end up discovering something cool in the process, whether it's a new blog, a cool photographer, someone's amazing apartment tour, an artist, etc.

I also want to incorporate more of my own photos, but that will come in time. I'm a very visual person, and I'm really particular about how I like for things to look. In the meantime, I'd like to thank you - yes, you - for visiting my blog. I hope that you've enjoyed what you've seen so far.

See you at #102.

Bisous,
Elle
